Hevrdejs Wedding Monogram

When you want every single detail of your wedding to mean something, a custom wedding monogram is the best place to start! Not only is it a visual representation of your relationship that lives on beyond your wedding, it’s a versatile piece of art perfect for wedding invitations, signage and guest gifts.

After establishing the desire for a watercolor aesthetic, I worked closely with Anne, the bride, to tailor each element in the monogram design to be symbolic of her relationship with fiancé Kyle. Following our initial discussion, I sketched 3 unique concepts that integrated both their individual personalities and combined love story.

Every detail in the final crest has meaning. The flowers are a combination of those used in their wedding and of Kyle’s parents’ union. The corn is a nod to Anne’s home (and wedding venue!) and the overall crest shape is inspired by Bradley University where they both met.

This project was truly a special one – it was such an honor to design a monogram as beautiful as their story!
